pulstar cheats flawed

Playing 'Pulstar' revealed that the invicibilty cheat is 97% working, the failing 3% comes in level 5 (I think) in battle with end boss. see below:-
one of it's attacks penetrate the 'cheat'.
other concern is already known given the prior warning 'untested', but when i attempted to use 'full charge' cheat (in conjuction with invicibilty and full power ups) the game stopped dead with this screen:-
ps using mame.124 with old format cheat.dat.

As the forums have been moved I could finally rebuild the search index...and 'pulstar' has a little history
Pulstar invincibility was an issue from back when ROM cheats weren't really possible in MAME - I had WIP RAM fixes but nothing good enough to put in the cheat file.
I decided to revisit it, and I've stripped out the cheats I couldn't seem to get to work and added some of Steph's weapon + addon cheats I'd missed out. Cleaned them all up for useability, and made a ROM Invincibility cheat which hopefully will prove to be better than the timer cheat that was there before.
