Akuma (Gouki) Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo

On Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, the last boss (hidden) Akuma throws 2 air fireballs, whereas the Akuma you select throws only 1. Is there any code to select the Akuma that throws the twin fireballs?
