We play a game normally.Game stages are 8.The game all stages are normal lineup 1,2,3 to 8.Is it possible make cheat game reverse lineup.I mean we are on stage 8(final stage)and we on reverse game cheat.We clear stage 8,after stage 8 clear we come stage 7.Then stage 7 clear,We are on stage 6.Is it possible this type cheat?

Yes, though why you would want to is another matter. How easy/hard it would be depends on the game. Likely the best method would be to use ROM cheats and change the initial poke to the last level and change the level increment to a level decrement.
