Emulator Cheats

I were talking with a friend when we ask each other, why Kizuna Encounter being a great game, is not very popular. We realize that one round system dont work very well againts 3on3 kof system, much longer and more atractive than kizuna encounter system. So I start to look for cheats that make rounds...

I just searched on all this forum,and faqs too, so I have to ask if someone know how to pre-enable cheats on new cheat engine implemented on mame 0.127, you know the xml files stuff.
Theres anyway or this new engine does not have that option???
